From that spark, he’s become ambassador for Kadai and the British Live Fire Cooking Championship, travelling the country to host the fire stages at the Great British Food Festivals, and launching his own immersive Live Fire Cooking Woodland Experiences at in Kent. With bold flavours, primal fire, and a love of sharing food that brings people together, Wayne is on a mission to make every flame unforgettable.
