Introducing...... the NEW Slow Food Barrel Talks & Tastings
We will be building on the success of last year's Slow Food Garden at Ludlow Food Festival by introducing the Slow Food Barrel Talks which will be replacing the Taste Workshops as of this year.
We will have a marquee near the Slow Food Bar with a vibrant programme of free talks and tastings. They will feature many of our dedicated Slow Food chefs and business members, and seek to broadcast the Slow Food message, which we all so passionate about, to a much broader audience of people. We will publish the programme closer to the time and we look forward to seeing you over the weekend.
The Slow Food Feast
Now in its third year we welcome the appetite and charisma of chef Stephen Guy, The ‘Hungry Guy’ who will combine seasonal ingredients from amazing local Slow Food producers and champions fresh surplus items from the Shrewsbury Food Hub for what promises to be a beautifully curated six course menu with seasonality, flavour and food mindfulness at its forefront. Due to popular demand the Feast will take place on both Saturday and Friday evenings. For more information and booking visit here
