The Slow Food 2026 Feast promises to be yet again an unmissable experience for all insatiable food lovers.

Slow Food Chef of the year, Steve ‘The Hungry Guy’ will combine seasonal ingredients from talented local Slow Food producers as well as championing fresh surplus items from surplus food hubs for what promises to be a beautifully curated six course menu with seasonality, flavour and food thought at its forefront.

We are also excited to welcome Shane Holland, Slow Food UK Chair who will be joining us and will be introducing this delicious evening. This event will be a celebration of great local produce and ethos, opening up discussion, and offering diners a chance to eat, share and enjoy. The feast takes place inside the beautiful Beacon Rooms, part of historic Ludlow Castle.

Slow Food members will receive a welcome drink.

A specially selected bar menu will be provided by the Slow Food available on the night for all.
