He specialises in pubs, beer and travel. He has contributed to many magazines and newspapers and has a regular ‘beer of the week’ in the Daily Star. He has also written 16 books, including his latest, A Pub For All Seasons (Headline), which was one of the FT’s food and drink books of 2024.
