Heritage tomato salad, two fields olive oil, herbs.

Mains:

Smoked Dunwood Farm Longhorn Featherblade, beef fat new potatoes, BBQ carrot, buttered cabbage, bone marrow gravy.

To end:

Baked cheesecake, last of the summer berries.

Served between 1pm - 3.30pm

If you are joining us for our fabulous roast, please head to the right hand side of the Fire Stage located in the Inner Bailey where the Fire Team will check you in and take you to be seated in the Banquet Hall behind the Fire Stage within the walls of the medieval castle! Please note as this event is within the opening hours of Ludlow Food Festival you will need to purchase a ticket to enter the Festival.
