Suki Pantal, founder of Suki’s Curries and Spices, is a cookbook author, culinary teacher, food columnist, and speaker.
Born in India and raised in New Delhi, she specialises in regional Indian recipes including coastal cuisines of India, bringing the authentic and diverse flavours of India to her cooking.
Her debut cookbook, Garnish with Garam Masala, celebrates her favourite family recipes and hidden regional gems from across India. Suki’s latest book, No Worries, Just Chicken Curries (Nourish Books, 11 November 2025), continues this journey, introducing readers to a treasure trove of regional Indian dishes that celebrate comfort, affordability, and everyday cooking. Recipes from the book have already been featured in The Sunday Times, Stylist Magazine, and The Week.
In 2022, she appeared on The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver on Channel 4, where she presented her Old Delhi-style Butter Chicken. Today, Suki shares her passion for Indian cuisine through live demonstrations, virtual cookery classes, and talks across the UK.
Suki’s cookery demo at Ludlow Food and Drink Festival and will showcase a regional chicken curry from her latest cookbook. She will be also signing cookbooks after the demo.
