Radhika Howarth: Culinary Storyteller, Cook, and Published Author
Radhika Howarth is a London-based culinary storyteller, TV chef, and author of Flavours Without Borders: 80 Recipes Connecting Cultures and Cuisines — a celebration of how food bridges cultures and tells personal stories. Through her platform Radikal Kitchen and her column for iGlobal News, she shares vibrant, cross-cultural recipes that explore how food becomes a language of belonging — one plate, one story at a time.
With a Master’s in Food and Nutrition, Radhika brings warmth, flair, and cultural insight to her live cooking demos at major festivals including the National Geographic Food Festival, Ideal Home Show, Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival, Ludlow Food Festival, RHS Wisley Plot to Plate, and the Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival.
Her screen credits include The World Cook (Amazon Prime) and Channel 4’s Double the Money with Sue Perkins.
Radhika is a member of the Guild of Food Writers UK, Women in the Food Industry UK, Les Dames d’Escoffier (LDEI), and The Chef’s Forum, and serves as a brand ambassador for Hamilton Beach UK and Europe.
