When:
Join chef Mark Lloyd for an interactive exploration of game cooked over fire, using some of Britain's finest wild ingredients.
Wild food. Wood fire. Proper cooking.
Together we'll cook venison over the flames, pairing it with wild mushrooms and damson, before turning our attention to partridge with bread and onion sauce and proper game chips.
Along the way, Mark will share the techniques behind cooking game confidently: choosing and preparing different cuts, managing the fire, building flavour and — crucially — knowing when to take the meat off.
This isn't a demonstration where you sit quietly and watch someone else cook.
Get around the fire. Ask questions. Get involved. Taste everything.

and each one lasts for 50mins
Tickets are limited, so be sure to book early to secure your spot.
NB A ticket to enter Ludlow Food Festival will need to be purchased alongside this to gain access to the Festival and workshop.
