Wild Shropshire is a Terroir led, Micro seasonal, modern British restaurant that serves an experimental, daily changing tasting menu, focussing on what can be grown on our own farm/ by local farmers and what can be foraged, all of which is done in a zero waste/sustainable framework.

Wild Shropshire has been in the Michelin guide since 2021 but was recently awarded a Green Star (the only one in Shropshire) and the restaurant has been awarded 3 circles by the 360° Eat guide.
