Frankie finished in the final six of MasterChef 2026 and is known for her global flavours and focus on cooking for holistic wellbeing.
Frankie has since launched her own private chef business, offering supper clubs, private event catering, cooking classes and retreat chef services all over the world.
Frankie will be taking to the stage to demonstrate one of her signature Spanish dishes, porra antequerana, a thick and creamy chilled tomato soup from Andalusia.
This dish celebrates tomatoes and brings you the flavours of summer.
