Kim has been working as a home economist at some of the UK’s leading food festivals since 2011.
His roles have varied from being a home economist to celebrity chefs, setting up chef demo stages & supplying props & equipment, helping to organise charity suppler clubs with guest chefs, booking chefs & sometimes compering.
Kim has really enjoyed working with all types of chefs, cooks & food writers/stylists over the years.
