Plant Feasts: Cooking and Enjoying Beautiful Meals for Recovery and Balance

Join Frankie Paz as she takes us on a journey through her adventurous life — from battling addiction to finding healing through plants. In the heart of the city, she turned to the land as her anchor, blending ancient wisdom with the modern world to rediscover balance, rhythm, and purpose.

Through her recovery, Frankie began crafting powerful, plant-based potions that nourish both body and spirit. She now hosts intimate supper clubs on her canal boat in London, spaces where labels are left at the door, and strangers become friends. Through foraging, seasonal eating, and honouring natural cycles, she invites guests to reconnect with the wildness within — the part of us that can so easily get lost in the noise of modern life.

Frankie celebrates the messiness and magic of being human. Her passion lives in vulnerable conversations, in shared meals with a focus on plants. This talk is an invitation to explore how nature, ritual, and resilience can transform even the busiest urban existence — and how embracing cycles is at the heart of the human experience. And how we can change and start again at any stage of our lives.

Francesca Paz has been living a plant-based lifestyle for over 15 years, inspired by her vegan 97- year-old grandma, and her time living in sustainable communities in South America. Frankie healed her own mind and body of addiction after years of fast living in London, through reconnecting with nature and developing her own delicious nourishing food, tonics and potions. She learned through living off the land, and studying raw cuisine in LA, although ultimately, she moved away from that over-glamorized world and stayed true to her own passion: simple plant-based cooking that is taste-banging, quick to make, and a real connection to the earth. Frankie celebrates the messiness and magic of being human! She hosts intimate ceremonial supper clubs in London where strangers become friends through storytelling. Frankie featured on Jamie Oliver's Cookbook Challenge on Channel4.
