Felicity Cloake is a multi-award-winning freelance journalist and writer and Guardian “How to Make the Perfect..." columnist, and the author of seven books, including five cookbooks and the travelogues One More Croissant for the Road (Mudlark 2019), which was shortlisted for a Fortnum & Mason Food Book of the Year Award and chosen as a Radio Four Book of the Week, and Red Sauce Brown Sauce: A British Breakfast Odyssey (Mudlark 2022). Her latest book, Peach Street to Lobster Lane, on cycling across the USA in search of American cuisine, is out now. She lives in London with her considerably more famous dog.
