Alongside our free Cookery Demonstration Stage featuring some of the regions top Chefs, plus a few familiar faces, we thought you might like to get a little bit closer to the action and spend half an hour in the company of one of our fabulous local Producers or Chefs, who specialise in a particular area.
They'll chat, some will demonstrate and if you're fortunate to grab a seat many of you will get the chance to taste. And just like our demo stage, these talks are totally FREE!
