Slow Food is an international movement, with an ethos that food should be Good, Clean and Fair.

We are excited to be growing our relationship with Slow Food this year and will be welcoming some exciting speakers who will help bring the Slow Food ethos to life.

These FREE talks will take place at the Slow Food stage, in the Outer Bailey area of the Castle.

Sat 11am: Shane Holland - Slow Food and Why it Matters

Sat 1pm: David Richards - Capreoulus Fine Foods

Sat 3pm: Dan saladino - BBC Food Programme journalist & Author. Panel discussion: Does Tradition Matter? with Sue Chantler, Chair Hands Together Ludow and former Chair, Slow Food Ludlow Marches; and Henrietta Green, World Charcuterie Awards.
