Claire is a chef and cookery writer. As a chef, Claire has a worked in a number of restaurants, both here in the U.K and also abroad. With a comprehensive career in restaurants, Claire’s viewpoint on food and cooking is both passionate and hard won.
Having earnt her professional stripes in kitchens as part of a brigade, motherhood encouraged Claire to revive her Journalism degree credentials, sidestepping into her now occupation of food writing and recipe development. With 6, and working on her 7th, cookbooks under her belt, Claire also writes a monthly column for The Telegraph Newspaper and hosts the popular family food inspired Instagram account @5oclockapron. Claire has appeared on the BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, BBC Radio 4 for Woman’s Hour and Cerys Matthews BBC Radio 6. Happiest in an apron, Claire can, quite literally, cook anything.
