Ludlow Food Festival

The Original Festival for Food and Drink Lovers

Reuben Crouch

Where: Outer Bailey Demonstration Stage - Outer Bailey

Reuben has been a part of the Shropshire food scene for many years, having had his own speciality oil shop in Ludlow before becoming General Manager of Ludlow Food Centre (now known as Ludlow Farm Shop), and then a Director of Hobsons Brewery.

Now he and his three brothers - Ben, Adam and Josh - run the hugely popular 'CSONS' which took over the iconic 'Green Cafe' in Ludlow, which along with their original Shrewsbury Restaurant champions "Locally Sourced, Globally Inspired" food and drink.

CSONS food is all about bold flavours and that passion for food has been with them since their early years when their Dad’s work took them all over the world, experiencing the excitement and diversity of global food and drink. They have all followed their own journey though the world of food, and CSONS is the culmination of over half a century of combined experience.

CSONS created their 'CSONS at home' during Covid, providing recipe kits and instructions for people to recreate their own dish at home which proved extremely popular.
