Inside Ludlow Castle with more than 180 local food and drink producers and suppliers: real food, ale, cider, perry, wine and more from the Marches, with samples and tastings.
We're delighted to welcome Sandy back to Ludlow following the success of 'Bake in Time' last year.
If you're a Bake Off fan, you'll instantly remember Sandy from the class of 2015 with her bubbly personality and down to earth approach, demonstrating how a crème brulee should be like a bottom wobble and then again in the Christmas Special 2017 when she had Noel Fielding (literally) eating out the palm of her hand!
Sandy started baking as a child and likens her style to the way she’d describe herself, 'it might not be glamorous but it’s tasty.'
In her role as a Child Welfare Officer in her home county of Yorkshire, she helps young people with emotional issues and after work runs a cookery club where she teaches children from deprived backgrounds to bake on a budget.
Since Bake Off, Sandy teaches and demos across the country, with her ethos that baking enables everyone to express themselves in their own unique way.
