Alongside our two free Talks & Demonstration Stages featuring some of the region's top Chefs, plus a few familiar faces, we thought you might like to get a little bit closer to the action and spend half an hour in the company of one of our fabulous local Producers or Chefs, who specialise in a particular area.
They'll chat, some will demonstrate and if you're fortunate to grab a seat, many of them cook so you may get the chance to taste. And just like our demo stages, these talks are totally FREE!
