Kath set up her baking school, Veg Patch Kitchen, in 2014, to share her passion for bread making and baking. She is obsessed with bread, if she is not making it, then she is likely to be reading about it – and whilst eating it!
She lives in Ironbridge with her husband and two girls and runs the baking school from a bespoke commercial kitchen in their garden. She also teaches bread making at Acton Scott Historic Working Farm near Church Stretton and Harborne Food School in Birmingham.
Kath has also kept a food blog called The Ordinary Cook since 2009 where she shares recipes and stories that reflect her passion for food and cooking.
