Olivia is Sous Chef at Claridges Hotel in Mayfair after previously working at Fera at Claridges for the last 3 years under Matthew Starling, Dan Cox and Simon Rogan.
Prior to that, private Chef work in The Alps, Miami and New York and working for Joel Robuchon at his Etoile Restaurant in Paris.
Olivia made the headlines recently having competed in the 2019 Roux Scholarship, getting to the Final 6 in the UK - the only woman to have done so in the past 5 years.
Local to Ludlow, Olivia's home home in in Herefordshire, but lives in Fulham London, working with only British produce, the seasons and local ingredients.
When not cheffing, Olivia is usually eating! Sampling the different restaurants in London and around the world to learn about the food industry, trends and types of cuisine. She also enjoys food photography and loves to get involved in the ever growing food side of social media. When in Herefordshire, it's all about relaxing with the family, taking time away from the hectic industry and baking with her sisters.
