Ale Trail - Just for Fun!

Where:

The Ale Trail is normally a hard-fought competition, but in a bid to keep things simple in a difficult year, we’re making it just for fun in 2021!

This year, it’s completely FREE to take part - all you need is a copy of the Ale Trail leaflet.

You'll be able to collect a copy from the Festival Information Points either outside or inside the Castle over the weekend, or if you want to print your own copy ahead of time, you can do so here: ALE TRAIL 2021 LEAFLET

Please note, the trail leaflet isn't valid unless stamped by a participating venue between Friday 10th and Sunday 12th September.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • The trail will run Friday 10th to Sunday 12th September (please check each individual establishment for their opening times)
  • When you arrive at a pub on the trail, make a purchase (preferably of real ale) from their bar.
  • Present the Ale Trail leaflet to a member of staff for stamping.
  • When you have completed at least 10 stamps from participating pubs, take your leaflet back to the Ludlow Food Festival Information Point outside the Castle by 5pm on Sunday 12th September, and you will be entered into a FREE PRIZE DRAW to WIN merchandise from Ludlow Brewery.

And don’t forget, it’s completely FREE!
